I also support business growth and results by developing a scalable commercial and operations-focused HR service, and act as the project manager and focal point for HR digitalization and employee well-being initiatives.

I have over 20 years' of senior HR experience, both permanent and interim, in HR strategy development, HR operational leadership, crisis and turnaround management, greenfield HR development, business expansion and M&A support, leadership coaching and HR business partnering in multi-site and multi-country operations. 

I have worked with multinational enterprises in various industries, such as automotive, electronics, pharmaceuticals, building supply, professional services, FMCG, and logistics. 

I am passionate about delivering HR solutions that align with the business goals and values, and that enhance the employee experience and engagement.
